For owners who keep their own books
Your books and cash-flow plan, the moment you ask. Bank, books, and projections, up to date. Without leaving your own AI.
Connect your bank and your Xero books once. Agents code your bank rows, book what you have approved into Xero, draft the journals your month needs, and keep your cash-flow plan next to what really happened. Ask how cash looks next quarter and get the answer now, not after month-end. Anything that changes your books in a new way waits for your yes. You run it from Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, or Muse, or right here in the browser.

Sound familiar?
- Your bank feed, your books, and your cash plan live in three places, and none of them agree.
- A current picture of your books takes weeks of bookkeeping and then a meeting to walk through it.
- Journals for loan interest, accruals, and fixes wait on the one person who knows how to enter them.
- You cannot say how much cash you will have in three months without building a spreadsheet first.
What your agents do
- Your bank feed, coded. Connect your bank and every transaction lands on one Bank Transactions page. Agents put each row in a category, and you can change any of them.
- Cash-flow projections, always current. Your Cash Flow Planning page lays out money in and out month by month, with a chart of where cash is headed. It sits next to what really came in and went out, and you change any number by asking.
- Reads your live Xero books. Profit and loss, balance sheet, bank summary, and trial balance come straight from Xero, along with what is still unmatched and whether the books are current.
- Books your bank rows into Xero. Map each category to a Xero account once. Rows you have approved post into Xero as spend or receive money, rows already booked are skipped, and each post can be undone by voiding it.
- Journals, on your yes. Agents draft the manual journals your month needs, like loan interest, accruals, and reclasses. You see every line, debits and credits, before anything posts, and the same journal is never posted twice.
- Ask anything, get it now. Ask what you spent on software this year or what cash looks like in March, in FreedomOS or in Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, or Muse. The answer comes from your own books and plan, and your bookkeeper gets a free seat to work from the same numbers.
From weeks and a meeting to one question
Our founder keeps the books for his own companies on FreedomOS: a holding company, a software company, and an Amazon supplement brand. Getting current books and cash-flow projections used to take weeks of work from his team and bookkeeper, then an hour-long meeting with his assistant to go through them. Now he asks from his own AI and gets them right away, up to date with the bank feed, for the cost of the AI’s tokens. On September 29, 2026 we added journals: all three companies reconnected Xero so agents can draft journals that post only on a person’s yes. We will share how the first month-end goes.
Compared with the other ways
- Hire a bookkeeper. A monthly fee, weeks of waiting after month-end, and a meeting to walk you through it.
- Bank exports and a spreadsheet. Your evenings, and the plan is out of date the day you finish it.
- Xero on its own. A good ledger, but someone still codes every row, enters the journals, and keeps the cash plan somewhere else.
- Build it yourself in Claude Code. It works until you are the one fixing it at midnight.

Why FreedomOS, not another bookkeeping app
- Bank, books, and plan side by side. Cash from your bank feed, the ledger in Xero, and your month-by-month plan sit in one place, so you see where you are and where you are headed.
- Your team and your agents on one list. Your bookkeeper, your partner, and your finance agent all work from the same short list of what is waiting on you.
- It goes where your AI goes. Use Claude today and Grok tomorrow. Your numbers, your account map, and your history stay put.
- Your other businesses sit next to it. Each business keeps its own bank, books, and plan behind its own walls, and you see across all of them.
Works with
Xero, Bank (Plaid), Stripe, Google Sheets, Slack
Good to know
- Anything your AI already connects to keeps working next to FreedomOS.
- It does not move money, pay bills, or approve bills. Those stay with you.
- Books posting works with Xero only. QuickBooks is not supported for posting.
- It does not file taxes or replace your accountant’s sign-off.
- A month-end close card is not live yet.
Questions
Can Claude or ChatGPT do my bookkeeping in Xero?
Yes, through FreedomOS. Add FreedomOS as a connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, or Muse and connect Xero. Your AI can read your live reports, book the bank rows you have approved, and draft manual journals. Journals post only when you say yes.
Will it change my books without asking?
Journals always wait for your yes, and you see every line first. Bank rows post only after you have approved them and mapped their category to a Xero account, and each post can be undone by voiding it in Xero.
Can it reconcile my bank feed in Xero?
Yes. Agents post your coded bank rows straight into Xero and read back anything still unmatched. The final match on Xero’s Reconcile screen happens through your Xero bank rules or an agent working in Xero’s own screen.
Can AI give me a cash-flow forecast from my real books?
Yes. Your Cash Flow Planning page holds money in and out month by month next to what really happened. Ask FreedomOS, or Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, or Muse, what cash looks like in any month, or to change a number, and the answer comes back right away from your own data.
Does my bookkeeper or accountant need to pay?
No. Team seats are included, so your bookkeeper, accountant, or partner joins free.
What does it cost?
Looking is free and takes no card. After that it is $47 a month for the business, team seats included. The AI thinking runs on the Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, or Muse plan you already pay for. Xero is billed by Xero, as it is today.
